The U.S. housing crisis is a pressing issue that affects millions of Americans, particularly young adults who are struggling to afford rent or achieve homeownership. I will support the First-Time Homebuyer Act, which offers a tax credit for first-time homebuyers, helping them overcome the financial barrier to homeownership.

Strengthening renters' rights and providing federal funding for rental assistance programs can help prevent homelessness and housing insecurity.
